As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
