As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was high time for a rebellion. So, he created his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn mowers to golf carts to yard maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
