As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
