As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
