As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
