As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
