As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
