As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
