As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools like leaf blowers.
