As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
