As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
