As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair company for items ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance implements like chainsaws.
