As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
