As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
