As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
