As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
